studio space available
Just thought I’d flag some studio room available in our building at the Old Police Station:
we have one of the incident rooms on the 2nd floor and my two studio mates will be moving out, so their share of the space becomes available.
The studio spaces are vacant from 1st November 2009 (possibly earlier). The total floor size is 227 sft, to be shared by three and each share in the rent would be £88.33 per calendar month.
There are no internal space dividers and so far we had shared the space by setting up desks along the windows to keep most of the space free as joint project space.
The studio is on the 2nd floor, bright, east-facing and carpeted. Bills included, internet available (additional £6 pm). You would need to set up standing order, 1 month rent in advance, and two months deposit.
